With Sascha Rühmann as speaker on the topic of ‘Process optimization / value stream analysis’
On July 27, 2021, Sascha Rühmann gave a presentation on “Process Optimization/Value Stream Analysis” to seven participants from various industries at the Hannover Economic Development Agency.
This first part of the event series focused on how companies can analyze value-driving processes and successfully implement the identified need for action in the form of action programs.
Rühmann’s conclusion: “Many thanks to Hannover Economic Development for their cooperation – it was great fun to be able to hold this workshop in person. It was nice to see that the tasks immediately led to insights for the participants’ own companies, that real needs for action were identified, and that we were able to strengthen the methodological skills of the entrepreneurs.”
